A homely caravan with spacious living room & kitchen, large main bedroom, single bathroom with shower and a side bedroom with two single beds. Also a sofa bed, the caravan sleeps up to 6 guests.

We include kitchen & bathroom supplies, books, games & films, cosy decor plus a welcome basket of little treats - all for your convenience and comfort. We aim to give a peaceful escape to Hopton's lovely area.
 

Full decking area includes a sea view, located just 15 yards from the seafront. The caravan is situated between easy beach access points, and long walks along the coastline. A quieter area, yet still close to the site's main complex.

WiFi is available at the site's reception.

We are mother & daughter co-owners - our caravan being our home-from-home.

- Booking deposit required of £50:

This is refunded after stay, if caravan is left in satisfactory condition. Deposit charge is seperate from holiday price. Deposit is not refundable on cancellations.

- Full balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival:

Total holiday amount to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival.

- Arrival time after 2pm:

This is to allow time for cleaning between stays.

- Linen is included in price:

Beds are made up ready upon your arrival.

- We don't allow: 

No pets, no smoking and no charging electric vehicles.

- How to book activities:

Park activities can booked by guests through the Haven app. Entertainment passes can be purchased through Haven also, we do not provide these.

- Please respect our home:

Caravan is to be left as found, also we are not repsonsible for lost property.
