New for 2018, we have for hire on Freshwater Beach Holiday Park our Echo Victory, 36ft static holiday home, which in a great spot literally 25 yards to the beach. 

We have just changed this property to pet friendly as we have realised the popularity of this site with dog lovers and also the majority of enquiries are from dog owners. Being a dog owner ourselves, we know the difficulties when trying to book somewhere. The garden is fully enclosed and safe for your dog to run around instead of running off. We would like to stipulate that only small to medium breeds of dog, and that you disclose you breed on enquiry.

The sea can be seen from inside looking through the full length windows. Being the beach end of the site, the paths are all flat all the way to the site’s amenities.

This is a lovely 2 bedrooms 4 berth static holiday home that’s brand new and well equipped. 

It has central heating in all the rooms, which is controlled by a thermostat. There is a lovely glowing fire in the sitting room too, where you will also find a 60 inch UHD TV with Freeview HD with numerous channels for your enjoyment, along with a DVD player should you wish to bring along a few films. To keep the kids (and adults) happy, there is also an XBox 360 with a selection of games for your enjoyment. Should the XBox take over, we have an HD TV with Freeview HD and DVD player in the main bedroom. We also have our own WiFi router so be sure your data will stay private.

The kitchen consists of everything you need if you enjoy the self-catering side. There is an oven and grill with extractor, a combination microwave, kettle, ninja double air fryer, coffee pod machine,toaster and full size fridge/freezer, along with plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery for 4 people.  There’s also a saucepan set, frying pans, oven tins and Pyrex dish provided, together with a nice table and chairs to eat from. In the cupboard you will find an iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside lamps and a wardrobe with plenty of space. 

The main bedroom has a double bed, wall-mounted TV and DVD player with Freeview HD, 3 spacious wardrobes and drawers, plus a dressing table with mirror. It also benefits from having its own en-suite bathroom. 

Quality duvets and pillows are provided, along with protectors on all of the beds for hygiene reasons . All beds have a nice deep mattress. Bed linen is not provide, so it will have to be brought with you due to ongoing Covid concerns. 

The main bathroom consists of a lovely large shower cubicle with power shower, a sink, toilet, cupboard, mirror and extractor fan. 

Outside we have a garden area with large rectangle  table that seats plenty of people.

Why not retire with a large glass of wine on the ratton sofa and two chairs to relax and watch the world go by and the sun setting in the distance 

There is a gas BBQ for you to entertain on those long summer evenings nothing better than dining out side with the family.

There is a parking space for one car at the caravan, but two parking passes will be included. The other car can be parked 2 minutes away. 

All gas and electric is included in your rental price, as well as 4 entertainment passes which will also give you free access to the swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and gymnasium. Please note however, that these passes must be returned on departure as Freshwater will charge £10 for each replacement.

Free Wi-Fi is available, but there is a daily data limit which resets at midnight each day.

We will do all sanitation and checks ourselves after each departure, so that we are always aware of the cleanliness and the condition of the holiday home.

A high chair and travel cot can be available upon request, but please give us some notice.)

PLEASE NOTE = This Is A Non Smoking Caravan. If it is found that you have been smoking in the caravan then you will lose your deposit. It is not fair on us having to get rid of the smell nor is it fair on the next occupiers.

We ask our guest to bring  their own  bed linen, tea towels and towels.  We will provide pillows with protectors and duvets, enough for a party of four guests.   All the mattresses have mattress protectors that are changed after every guest visit.

LOCATION AND SITE

The long and gorgeous beach is private to Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, so no dashing down to find a spot - anyone who knows their fishing will know the popularity of Burton Bradstock and Abbotsbury beaches and the demand to try and find a spot. With Freshwater there are no worries as the beach is private and you can just about fish wherever you want. You can walk out of our caravan and be set up fishing in about 30 to 40 yards in front.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park itself has 2 outdoor heated pools; a small one for children and a large one for adults. Inside the Jurassic centre there’s another couple of children's pools, together with fun slides and water features, along with a large indoor adults’ pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room around the pool. On the same floor there is a hair salon, amusements and pool tables. Upstairs there is a bar/restaurant (with takeaway service) and also a 10 pin bowling alley. 

Also on site is also a huge entertainment bar where there is usually something happening during the day and then entertainment at night. There are also 2 other bars in here, one for adults only. With a host of magicians, comedians, tribute acts and cabaret, I'm sure there's something for everyone.

Outside are the award-winning toilet and shower blocks. You will be amazed at the quality and cleanliness of these. Next there is the supermarket, which has practically anything you will need for your stay, especially if you don't venture outside of the holiday park.

Next door to the holiday park is Bridport Golf Club which is available to non members,  and a bit further along is the market town of Bridport, which hosts its famous street markets on certain days.

The resorts of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Weymouth are a short drive away, or you can even take the bus which stops right outside the Site.

Bookings

A security deposit of £100 is required on booking, ( this will be refunded after your stay if no damages are found). Full payment is requested by 6 weeks before your holiday start date.. We would ask that you leave the caravan in as best condition that you can, as it was when you arrived. Your deposit will be retuned to you Via Bacs Payment within 2 weeks after your departure and the caravan has been checked for any damages etc.

A limit of 2 Dogs only and Small to Medium Size.( Please ask if different as its up to the owners discretion)

Payments can be made via bank transfer.

We would ask that on your day of departure you could vacate by 10am as we need time to sanitise and check the premises before the next booking.
We would also state that new arrivals are after 14.00hrs unless otherwise stated. You can always try calling on the day to see if your caravan will be ready earlier.
