The Gap, East Runton, Cromer, Norfolk (Ref.111571)

Situated in a quiet corner of The Gap, this caravan is perfect or families and couples and let on a pet friendly basis. We will consider weekend or mid-week breaks of three or four days. (Please contact for further information). Distant sea view from decking area.

This caravan sleeps up to six and has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double and the second bedroom can be configured as a double or a twin. The generous living area seating contains a pull out double sofa bed allowing up to six to sleep.  There is parking to the side of of the caravan, leaving room for use of the garden table and chairs.

There is a Freeview LED TV. Internet access is provided on site for a charge by Caravan Connect. 

The site enjoys direct access to the beach and the off site shops and pubs in East Runton are a short walk away. Harry's bar (formerley Bernie's) in the village, provides live entertainment nightly.

The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower cubicle and wash basin. Heating is by gas fire, and electric radiator. The kitchen includes a cooker, oven, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster and kettle. An iron and small table top ironing board are also included, the site laundry room is equipped with a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board. Front door pet gate available free of charge.

Duvets and pillows are provided as part of your booking. Bed linen and towels are available for a fee of £30 to offset additional housekeeping and laundry costs. Please ask at time of booking.

A *50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due six weeks before your arrival date. Receipt of the deposit serves as confirmation of your booking. A £50 refundable (subject to terms and conditions) damage/housekeeping deposit is required with the balance. The damage/housekeeping deposit will  be returned on your day of departure following  housekeeping confirmation that the Caravan has been left in good order.

*Enjoy a little extra spending money with a 5% discount off your total holiday price by making payment in full at the time of booking. Credit/debit cards accepted. This discount will not apply to bookings made less than six weeks in advance of arrival date. 

Cash Back offers are not applicable in conjuction with any other offer. Cash back is paid on day of check -in.

Payments can be made by BACS transfer or secure debit/credit card payment. Immediate receipt for all payments will be sent by email or text message.

Check in is from 3.00pm on your day of arrival and departure on your last day is by 10am. Early check in/ late check out may be possible (but not guaranteed) by prior arrangement. Please ask for details.

Cancelling your booking. We understand that sometimes unavoidable things happen and will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations up to 6 weeks before your arrival date.
