Shirley and Mike, welcome you to White Acres Luxury Holiday Park near Newquay Cornwall, which is run by parkdean, White Acres is a 4* park set in 184 acres of beautiful countryside with 14tranquil fishing lakes which is perfect for the angler or holiday makers alike.

Caravan and location

Our 2023 Swift Loire is luxury standard,  finished to a high standard in a modern design. Fitted with double glazing and gas central heating, even in the cooler weather you'll be warm and toasty.

Situated on Pine Forrest, it offers stunning views across Cornwall. The outside compromises of a good slize decking area to allow you to enjoy. Being in a gated community is another bonus, with parking near by. 

Our swift Loire consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twin rooms with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space in each room.
The main living area consists of a large lounge with a corner suite. A large high tech tv with dvd player and internet connection available. Games and book are there to enjoy on days you feel like staying warm and dry. 

The kitchen area has all you need for the week to enjoy cooking at home if that's needed. The highlights being the full size fridge freezer and the dishwasher. 

We have a Bathroom that consists of a large shower with thermostatic shower mixer and W/C. There is also a second toilet and wash basin, 

Private WIFI is available at an extra cost of £10.00 per week, The television has Netflix, Prime, Disney, I player etc. you can log in, but you will need to log your own account in and it will be your responsibility to log yourself out.

We are pet friendly and charge £30 per dog per week. 
 
Payment plans can be arranged. 

Bookings are £100 deposit for 1 week breaks and £50 for shorter stays. 
A £50 Security bond is taken before arrival, if no damage this is then returned within 7 days.
