Two bedroom static caravan for hire with sea views  (Private Land Smallholding), Clynnog-Fawr. Nr Caernarfon, Gwynedd, North Wales. Includes decking area and small garden, sleeps 4 guests.

Gilfach Caravan  has a large decking area with easy sloped access, outside seating and exterior light with  the best sea views & stunning sunsets looking out towards the Isle of Anglesey.

This fully equipped caravan is double glazed with central heating.

inside consists of kitchen area with dining table and chairs, full size gas cooker, microwave, full size fridge/ freezer, kettle & toaster, steamer, Air Fryer, Tassimo Coffee machine, plus cutlery, pots n pans, etc.

spacious lounge with two seater sofa and two armchairs,  electic fire, Freeview TV with Netflix, DVD player, board games, books.

Main Bedroom has en-suite toilet & wash basin full size double bed, walk-in wardrobes, bedside lamps with USB ports, 

Ironing board with iron and vacuum cleaner are inside walk-in wardrobe

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, with clothes storage unit 

Bathroom with large shower, wash basin,toilet & mirrored bathroom cabinet 

Shoppping; All major Supermarkets will deliver to the caravan.

Local garage in Clynnogfawr village for fuel & groceries,

Gilfach is the perfect place for walking, sailing, fishing, playing golf, bird watching etc.

If you're looking for a peaceful holiday then this is the perfect place for you to relax & chill.

Please note this is independant caravan not a caravan park.

Arrivals should be no earlier than 4pm & the property must be vacated no later than 10am on departure date.

No persons  in excess of the number stated  when booking is to occupy the property.

The hirer agrees to keep the caravan in a clean & tidy condition.

The hirer is responsible for any damages or loss to the property, all damages to be paid for.

Strictly NO Smoking inside the property. Breach of this rule will terminate the contract without recompense to the hirer.

A non-refunable deposit of £50 to be paid to secure the booking, plus £50 security bond refunded two days after departure date. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date.

Booking are held for 7 days to allow time for deposit to be paid.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.

Last minute visits will be payable in full on booking. 

Please Note the caravan is on private land with the owners residence on-site.
