Gilfach caravan is situated in-between Caernarfon & Pwllheli on a Smallholding in Clynnog-Fawr Entrance to the caravan via a private gate in-between the large laurel hedges the caravan has its own private enclosed secure garden with fruit trees with a large grassed area for the children & furry faces to play. BBQ facilities & outside garden furniture for outside dinning. Outside light.

Gilfach Caravan has a Wraparound decking with easy sloped access & large balcony seating area and parasol. The best sea views & stunning sunsets with views looking out towards Isle of Anglesey.

Gilfach is perfect place for walks, sailing, fishing, playing golf, bird watching.

If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday then this is the perfect place for you to relax & chill – Please note this is not a caravan Park.

This fully equipped caravan is double glazed, inside consists of open plan lounge with dining area, free view TV with Netflix, DVD Player, Board game, books. Free standing electric heater.

L Shaped corner sofa with pull out double bed if needed.

Kitchen area has full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle & toaster plus cutlery, pots n pans, etc.

Main Bedroom full size double ottoman bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside units, bedside lamps with USB ports, vanity area with hairdryer, and a remote-control heating radiator.

Iron & ironing board vacuum inside fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds with bedside table & colour changing table lamp with USB port, also cloths storage unit & ceiling heating panel.

Shower/Toilet room. Newly fitted shower & unit bathroom mirrored cabinet towel heater.

Shopping; All major Supermarkets will deliver to the caravan.

local Garage in village opeing soon for fuel & groceries.

Arrival should be no earlier than 4pm & the property must be vacated no later than 10am on departure date.

No person in excess of the number stated  when booking is to occupy the property.

The hirer agrees to keep the premisese in a clean & tidy condition.

The hirer is responsible for any damages or loss to the property, all damages to be paid for.

Strictly NO Smoking inside the property. Breach of this rule will terminate the contract without recompense to the hirer.

A non-refunable deposit of £50 to be paid to secure the booking, plus £50 security bond refunded two days after departure date. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date.

Booking are held for 7 days to allow time for deposit to be paid.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.

Last minute visits will be payable in full on booking. 

Please Note the caravan is on private land with the owners residence on-site.
