New to the rental market, this spacious luxury caravan has a fantastic position at the front of the site. Outside it has a large decking which gets the sun all day, stylish rattan furniture to sit on and direct access to the caravan lounge.
inside there is a huge lounge dining area with lots of seating, large comfy separate chair and Smart TV. There is a proper dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen area has a full size range cooker and a full sized fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to self-cater. There is a family shower room with deep shower tray and plug (great to bath little ones). There is another entrance to the caravan (back door) and this leads into a hallway which leads to the family shower room, twin bedroom, and main bedroom.
the main bedroom has floor to ceiling bay windows and ample space around the bed, bedside tables and lights. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with loo and sink.
Duvets, pillows and mattress covers are provided. Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost of £20 per stay. Please bring your own beach, bathroom and tea towels.
the caravan has a gas fire in the lounge, and electric panel heaters throughout.
Sorry we do not accept dogs at this caravan. We do have another caravan on site which is dog-friendly at plot 78.

On booking, a deposit of £100 per week is payable with the remaining balance (plus breakage deposit of £50) due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Terms and conditions apply, a copy of which will be sent with booking form.
The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
