ABI Roecliffe static caravan situated on pitch A7. In a great spot with views of the sea, a stone through to the beach. Paths are all flat to all the way to the site amenities.

This is a pet friendly caravan with a fully enclosed garden area.  We stipulate only small to medium breed of dogs, and that you disclose your breed on enquiry.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom 6 berth static holiday home that is well equipped.

it has central heating in all rooms, which is controlled by thermostat. There is a lovely glowing fire in the sitting room, where you will find the use of television and WiFi.  In the sitting room there is a double sofa bed.

The kitchen consists of everything you need, so home from home.  There is all the usual kitchen appliances from oven to air fryer. We have a washing machine and you will find the rotary line in the garden area. There is enough cutlery, plates, bowls and cups for 6 people along with plastic crockery for the children to use. We have frying pans, sauce pans,cooking trays and pizza trays and some larger serving bowls. Together with a nice dining table and chairs to eat at and if the weather is good a lovely outdoor table and chairs to eat at too. There is a hoover also to keep the caravan clean.

The double room has a en-suite, large wardrobe and bedside cabinets.

The twin room has two single beds with a wardrobe and bed side cabinet.

Duvets and pillows are provided, along with protectors on all the beds and pillows for hygiene reasons. Bed linen can be provided if required, there is a spare set for any little accidents that may occur.

The main bathroom consists of a lovely large shower cubicle with power shower, sink, toilet, cupboard, mirror and extractor fan.

There is a parking space at the caravan for one car.  If you have more than one vehicle it can be parked in main carpark just 50yards away, just make sure it's booked in at the main office.

All gas and electric is included in rental price, aswell as 6 entertainment passes which will give you free access to the swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, steam rooms and gymnasium. Please note however, that these passes must be left in the caravan where they were found on arrival for next holiday maker as Freshwater will charge £10 for each replacement.  Please note that the Freshwater beach holiday park app has to be downloaded to book your free swimming slot and all entertainment and food service provider timetables can be found on the this app to.

We will do all sanitation and checks ourselves after each departure, so that we are always aware of the cleanliness and condition of the holiday home.

Freshwater beach campsite is situated in Burton Bradstock.  Just along the coast you can visit Westbay, Lyme Regis and Weymouth.  It's a lovely coast line full of Jurassic history.

This is a lovely site, and as a family we have been frequent visitors for atleast 20 years and fell in love with the site from the very first holiday. We are now grandparents and our children visit the site with their little ones also sharing their childhood memories.

Bookings.

A security deposit of £100 is required on booking. (This will be refunded after your stay if no damages are found).  If damages occur whilst using the home then please contact me asap so that replacements can be organised before the next family arrive. We ask that you leave our caravan in as best condition that you can, as it was when you arrived.  

Full payment is requested 6 weeks before your holiday start date.  Payments can be made via bank transfer, details will be given on bookings.

We would ask that on your departure day that you leave by 10am and we need time to sanitise and check the caravan before the next booking.  We would also state that new arrivals are after 15.00 hrs, you can always try calling on the day to see if the caravan will be ready earlier.
