42ft x 13ft static caravan has a great layout with a very nice wrap around kitchen.  A good sized open plan kitchen dining/ living room room area with a double pullout sofa bed. There is a gas fire, central heating and double glazing which gives extra comfort on chilli nights.
Fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday.  Side decking with table and chairs. All beds will be made on arrival ( bring your own bath towels). Kitchen has kettle, toaster, oven microwave and an air fryer, a full size fridge freezer. All pots and pans provided, cutlery etc.

Tea towels and hand towels provided also cleaning materials. Tea coffee and sugar are also provided.  Master bedroom has a double sized bed, wardrobe and small dressing table area.  The bathroom has a shower and WC.  With mirrored cabinets for toiletries. Hand towels provided. Both single rooms have a full sized single bed with single wardrobe.
The living room has a gas fire and TV, PS4, books and some board games. A dining table and four chairs are also in the living room area. Pets are welcome. Please bring a blanket to cover settee if pet sits on the settee.

*WE DON'T PROVIDE PASSES , THEY CAN BE PURCHASED AT RECEPTION ON YOUR ARRIVAL *

Decking enclosed with a gate. Please note that the electrical rating of the caravan is not sufficient to enable charging of electrical vehicles. Please therefore ensure that you do not charge any electrical vehicles. If it is found that excessive usage of the electricity supply has occurred by the charging of such a vehicle, then the hirer will be responsible for the payment of the electricity during the term of their hire. Electric charging point available at reception.
This is our family holiday home, please enjoy it but look after it also. Thank you!

Now for the boring but necessary terms and conditions:
Non refundable deposit of £75 to secure your holiday, remainder due no later than four weeks before holiday please. Last minute bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. This £75 deposit deducted from total balance. 

£75 bond required, which will be refunded after departure, if caravan is left in a clean and undamaged condition.
Park passes are not included, but can be purchased from the park reception.

Cancellation Policy :
The £75 deposit is non refundable 

Pets are allowed but a surcharge of £35 for 1 dog £50 for 2 

If you have to cancel your booking for any reason we will do our best to resell your cancelled date, in which case we will happily refund in full ( minus the deposit)

Sorry - we do not allow smoking /Vaping in our caravan.

You can occupy the caravan from 3pm on arrival day, and please leave by 10am on day of departure, to allow for cleaning before our next guests arrive.

You can request an earlier check in/ later check out prior to booking (this will incur a surcharge) requests to be made at the the time of booking and await confirmation from us and an adjustment to your invoice
