Caravan right at the beginning of the site, just a stone's throw away from the beach, close to site office.
Private 2 bedroom sleeps 4 guests. Spacious living area, only 2 mins walk from local shop, bus stop, fish & chippie & pub.
living area is pleasant, overlooking the path to the beach with lots of space.
Wi fi is available through the site charged connection.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is needed to confirm your booking, remainder payable 4-5 weeks before the date of the holiday. Two bedrooms ( duvets & pillows provided )
Bedroom one = one double bed
Bedroom two = two single beds (can be made into double)
Bedding can be provided at an extra cleaning cost of £12.50 per person. Bedding would include duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases & towels for individual use & kitchen.
Pet friendly but with an extra £20 cleaning fee.
Outside furniture available for use, parking is right next to van. Everything needed inside, including TV, everything for cooking your meals, microwave, full stove, fridge etc.
Perfect any time getaway, wonderful holiday destination, a loved and well maintained caravan in a very sought after spot right near the entrance to the site, only 1 minute walk to the beach entrance.
The caravan is strictly non smoking.

Cromer or Sheringham are in walking distance either long the beach or road way. The local village is less than 400 meters from the caravan and includes a pub, an American style bar and grill, a fish and chip shop, restaurant, café, newsagent and mini-supermarket.

The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
