We own 5 caravans on this family friendly park. Unlike most other holiday parks in Newquay, Trenance is only a 15 minute walk from the town centre and beaches, which can be quite a saving on perol and parking costs. We believe our unrivalled location, value for money pricing combined with a clean and well run park makes Trenance one of the most perfect holiday parks in Cornwall.

The caravan is fully equipped to a high standard and has a lounge/dining area with ample seating and a gas fire, a flat screen Tv with free-view. The kitchen is well fitted and equipped for up to 6 people and has a gas cooker, fridge and mircowave. The caravan has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, there is also a pull out double bed situated in the lounge area. The separate bathroom has a shower, wc and wash hand basin. All rooms have heating. Gas and electricity is included in the price.

I personally service the caravans before your arrival to ensure that they meet our high standards and we are always close to hand in case any assistance is needed.

Please note all pillows and duvets are provided, but you are requested to bring your own duvet covers, pillow slips, botom sheet, towels and tea towels. These can also be hired from us for an additional charge. 

Outside there is a small patio area with table and chairs, parking is available at the side of the caravans.

£100 deposit required at the time of booking and balance due 4 weeks before arrival.

Checkout is 10:00am and check in is 3pm. If you arrive early you are welcome to park your vehicle at the caravan.
