The well‑equipped kitchen has all you need for self‑catering, including cooker, fridge, microwave and plenty of storage.

Step outside onto your own private balcony great for a morning coffee or simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Set in a quiet spot, this caravan combines generous living space, traditional charm and everything you need for a relaxing break away.

Arrival & Check-in

• Check-in Time: Your caravan will be ready for you from 4:00 PM.

• Guest Form: Please text or WhatsApp 07944880111 your name and address, name of all guests, ages of any children and your vehicle details, reg make and model before arrival. Upon arrival please report to reception . If you arrive after 5:00 PM, kindly complete this at your earliest convenience the following morning.

• Access: I will send your specific caravan number and key safe code shortly before your arrival.

• Late Arrivals (After 5:00 PM): Please park in the main car park and walk to the caravan. Inside the key safe, you will find a barrier fob; this will allow you to bring your vehicle through the gate to park directly next to the caravan.

During Your Stay

• Linens: Beds will be freshly made for your arrival. Please remember to bring your own towels, as these are not provided.

• Maintenance: We take great pride in our caravans and aim for the highest standards. Please report any issues to me immediately so they can be addressed during your stay.

• Policies: For the comfort of all guests, please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in this caravan.

Departure

• Check-out Time: Please vacate the caravan by 10:00 AM on your day of departure to allow us to prepare for our next guests.

• Check-out Requirements: We kindly ask that you leave the caravan in the same condition you found it and ensure all personal belongings are removed.

• Food Donations: Any unopened, non-perishable food items left behind will be donated to our local food bank.

• Waste Disposal: Main bins are located on Merlin. To reach them, turn right upon exiting the caravan and follow the road around for a short distance.
