The Accommodation
Situated on a quiet and clean site in Hemsby, 46 Newport Caravan is a modern 2-bedroom home that sleeps up to 6 guests:

• Master Bedroom: 1 Double bed.

• Twin Bedroom: 2 Single beds.

• Living Area: Spacious with a pull-out bed for extra guests.

• Features: Flat-screen TV, DVD player (with a selection of movies), and a well-equipped kitchen.

• Extras: Complimentary Tea, Coffee, and Sugar provided to get you started on arrival.

The Location
Perfectly located for Scratby and Hemsby Beach (just a 2km walk), the park is peaceful and family-friendly. Great for visiting:

• Caister Castle & Motor Museum (7.9km)

• BeWILDerwood (24km)

• Blickling Hall (43km)

Booking Information

• Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

• Payment: We accept secure Bank Transfer only. This ensures your security deposit is returned to you in full without transaction fees.

• Deposits: A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your date. A £50 refundable breakage deposit is also required (returned after successful checks).

• Rules: No Pets. No Smoking. No All-Male or Female Parties.

Booking & Payment

• Season: We accept bookings from early April to late October.
• Flexibility: Choose from full weeks, short breaks, or long-term rental options to suit your plans.
• Deposit: A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your dates, and this amount is deducted from your total holiday cost.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due no later than 6 weeks before your arrival date.
• Security Deposit: A £50 refundable security deposit is also required, paid via Bank Transfer. It will be refunded in full within 48 hours of your departure, provided the caravan is left clean and damage-free.
• Payment Methods: We only accept secure payments via Bank Transfer. This means no transaction fees will be deducted from your refund, keeping your costs clear and straightforward.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Included: All gas, water, and electricity usage is included in your rental price—no extra hidden costs!

Key House Rules

• No smoking or pets permitted on the premises.
• No single-gender groups (all-male or all-female) are allowed.
