Our caravan is the official home of Holly the Holiday Hero! We provide exclusive activity packs on the table for both adults and kids—perfect for keeping the little ones entertained while you settle in for a magical coastal break.
Home Comforts & Entertainment:
Our lounge features a Bush Smart TV and a collection of family-favorite DVDs (including Disney’s Frozen, Harry Potter, and Minions), plus bestselling novels for the grown-ups.
The Accommodation:
• Master Bedroom: Comfortable Double bed.
• Twin Bedroom: Two single beds.
• Living Area: Spacious lounge with a pull-out bed (Sleeps 6 in total).
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with complimentary Tea, Coffee, and Sugar.
• Family Essentials: We provide a Travel Cot on request.
Guest Policy: We are a family-friendly caravan. In line with park rules, we do not accept bookings from all-male or all-female groups (e.g., stag or hen parties).

• Booking Deposit: A £50 deposit is required to secure your dates.
• Security Bond: In addition to the rental price, a £50 refundable security bond is held for all stays. To keep things simple, your £50 booking deposit becomes this bond once your full balance is paid.
• How it works: You pay £50 now to book. You pay the full holiday price 6 weeks before you arrive. After you check out, I send your £50 deposit back to you!
• Balance: Due 6 weeks before arrival (or in full if booking within 4 weeks).
• Direct Booking: Book here to avoid third-party fees and pay via Bank Transfer.
• Damage Liability: By completing this booking, guests agree to be held liable for any damages or specialized cleaning costs up to the value of £500.
• Strict House Rules: STRICTLY NO PETS (Park policy). No Smoking. No single-gender groups.

Newport Caravan Park is a family friendly site located in the popular British seaside location of Hemsby, Great Yarmouth. There is plenty of entertainment and attractions in the area and places nearby, something for all the family.
Newport Caravan Park is situated just 500 yds from the beach and only 6 miles from Great Yarmouth where there is everything the holiday maker wants, sea life centre, pleasure beach fun fair, waterways, summer shows, bowls, tennis, etc.
