Welcome to our Holiday Home! Our new luxury 2023 caravan is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking the Thornwick Bay site, with views out to the sea, the lighthouse and Flamborough village. It’s perfect for those with young children (no through traffic) and couples wanting a quiet get away with all the comforts of home, yet only a short walk to all of the site facilities.

We offer Sat to Sat, Mon to Fri and Fri to Mon breaks - please do contact us for further details. 

The caravan comfortably sleeps four people, with a large Master bedroom with Kingsize bed and ensuite shower room; the second bedroom has twin single beds.  Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space with wardrobes and cupboards.

The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink, vanity unit and storage unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large Fridge freezer, full-size dishwasher, storage space, work surface area, full oven, hob and grill, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans, etc.

***All kitchen essentials (cleaning products, teatowels, coffee/tea/sugar, cooking oil, salt & pepper, ketchup, mayo, etc) are provided and included in the price***

The spacious lounge area has two comfortable sofas (one 3-seater, one 2-seater) and for your entertainment, there is a 43" HD Flatscreen Smart TV, with Freesat box, a DVD player (a selection of DVD’s are provided), a portable Bluetooth speaker and a selection of board games. Free unlimited WiFi included too. The contemporary fire surround houses a log-burner style electric fire which gives a lovely cosy glow at night.

It is fully double glazed and centrally heated, with patio doors out onto a large enclosed veranda with patio furniture – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The storage unit at the rear of the caravan contains camping chairs for use on the beach, and beach toys for the kids (bucket & spade, etc).

The caravan has current Gas and Electric Certificates and all Gas Appliances are serviced annually and electric appliances have been PAT tested. There are also smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detectors fitted.

Bond/deposit of £100 to be received within seven days to secure your booking, this will be refunded within 10 days following your stay, provided there are no damages or breakages, keys have been returned, and none of our Terms & Conditions have been broken. This is in addition to the agreed rental fee for your stay.

Full payment to be paid by Bank Transfer, Cheque or PayPal 28 days prior to arrival.

Bookings made within 28 days of hire period require payment in full, plus the £100 bond/deposit.

Thornwick Bay Holiday Village (formerly Thornwick & Sea Farm) lies in the middle of a very popular touring area within easy reach of the North East coast holiday resorts.

The beautiful clifftop park sits on part of Flamborough Cliffs nature reserve and is home to seabird colonies nesting on its chalk cliffs – ideal for uninterrupted sea views or spotting wildlife. There are 4 bays around the headland all with easy access to the beach and with half to two miles from the park.

Enjoy a wealth of heritage and activities. Bring a pair of comfy shoes and explore the moorland. Drive over to the historic town of Bridlington, or marvel at the architecture of Burton Agnes Hall.
