Our beautiful  owned Caravan is Spacious, warm and welcoming available for private hire all equipped for families and couples to have a very enjoyable holiday here in Kiln Park. The Caravan is situated at Kittiwake 31 in a very central position close the Reception, Shop and all the amenities . The caravan is also within walking distance of Tenby town with its Medieval town walls, its beautiful stretches of blue flag sandy shoreline and many attractions of a top seaside town.

Open plan large kitchen,lounge with patio doors opening on to upvc waterproof decking which has a setee, 2 chairs and patio table. There is also a large round wooden picnic table to the side of the caravan on a stone patio with grass surround, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor Bbq and games on a warm summer evening.

Double glazed and central heating throughout. Free WiFi installed for our guest. We also have a high chair and travel cot available if required. For your Safety we have fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, Carbon monoxide dector and fire blanket.

Our own path leads to parking to the left around 20 metres. There are also 2 car parks one to the front and right of the caravan.

The central lounge has a large corner sofa with matching large footstool,coffee table,modern electric fire, 42 inch smart TV and DVD player with free WiFi.

Dinning area has a table and 4 chairs and a large modern wicker lamp. Dinning cupboards have a variety of DVDs, board games,cards, and books for children and adults for the cosy night in.

Our open plan kitchen has shaped breakfast bar,a full size integrated fridge freezer, gas cooker with hob oven and grill. We also have a large family microwave cooker with a grill and convential cooker setting included. Large family airfryer, kettle ,toaster and toastie maker,utensils and cutlery. Plenty of cupboard storage and blue plinth lights surround the bottom of the kitchen units to create a nice ambiance.

Master bedroom Double bed with en suite toilet and wash basin , mirror and vanity unit.Wardrobes and draws with bedside table built each side of bed, dressing table and stool. There is also a Smart Tv 32 inch wall mounted with integrated Dvd player.

Second Bedroom has 2 single beds very spacious with large wardrobe and draws. The layout is such that a full size travel cot can fit in as well.

Third Bedroom 2 single beds again layout different giving more space as beds end to end each with separate wardrobes,drawers and bedside table.

Family bathroom with large shower cubicle,wash basin, mirror, vanity unit and Wc.

All beds have mattress and pillow protectors and duvet covers. If you do not wish to bring your own there is the option to purchase linen at reception.

Caravan Holiday info 

Kiln park is suited in beautiful surroundings 5 minute walk to the beach, golf course and 10 to 15min to Tenby town. Park and ride is free in the Salttern car park every 15 mins in summer months. There is also hop on and hop off open top bus that goes to Saundersfoot worth a visit.

 Kiln has  both heated indoor and outdoor pool facilities, waterslides and mini slash zone. Crazy golf, Tennis courts, sports range,indoor soft play,  go karts and bikes for hire, amusement arcade all packed with fun things to do.

Hawbwr lights bar and restaurant,Mariner bar with entertainment for children and adults. There is also a chip shop,Pappa Johns Pizza,Burger Kung and Millie's Cookies

Our sister park Lydstep is only up the road for watersports enthusiasts. Take a car ride as plenty of Local attractions for all eg Folly farm, Manor wildlife park, Heatherton, Oakwood Theme Park, Dinosaur Adventure park. Down Tenby harbour fishing and boat trips run daily and of course for walkers Pembrokeshire Costal path and much more.

£100 Non refundable deposit due when booking. Full balance payment will need to be paid and reach us 6 weeks prior to let. Monthly payment option available if required. Payments can be made by bank transfers or cheques.

Haven passes not included in price quoted but can be purchased at reception or online only after booking.

Private guests to book online to book well ahead for activities especially indoor pool to avoid disappointment. Restaurant tables also can be booked online.
