Please note entertainment passes  and WiFi are not included in price these must be purchased separately from reception due to corona virus we recommend you take travel insurance prior to booking We don't supply bedding or towels we only supply .Duvets and pillows only six  named  guests  allowed in lodge as we are only insured for 6 people no visitors allowed or households mixing not suitable for disabled people no pets allowed no charging of electric vehicles as it blows fuses 

Please do not arrived before 4pm as cleaners work between 10am 4pm and make sure you depart no later than 10am

There will be a cleaning charge if you arrive before cleaners have been in.  This is a private rental so please treat it with care and love and respect

Non refundable deposit of £100 to be paid immediately to confirm booking.        
also an extra security deposit of £100 will be added to the holiday balance which must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. this will be refunded within 7 working days of departure providing you leave lodge as you find it-no damage -breakages or excessive cleaning required arrival date after 4pm do not arrive early due to the cleaning departure date 10am there will be a charged if anyone is there before or after these times as cleaning takes place between 10am and 4pm. All dates and short breaks are available no time wasters please prices are as advertised  now taking bookings for next year no pets allowed also do 5 nights.
