Welcome to our Brand New Caravan for 2022. Not only is the caravan new, with gas central heating and hot water, but also benefits from double glazing throughout to keep those cold nights out and the warmth inside. Everything inside and out is New and ready to be enjoyed, benefitting from outdoor seating for the stunning cornish sea views on the warm summer evenings.

I have two caravans , the other one is on here called Pam's on same site ,which is a bigger caravan,  we bought end of July 2025 , so welcome to bring family and friends,

Perfectly situated between Looe and Polperro, a lovely site to get away from the busy world we live in .It a ideal base for coast path walking , beaches and explore south east cornwall .

Looe is only a 5 minute drive away , it has lots of pubs, cafes , restaurants, shops , takeaway shops , beach.  You can also take a boat trip or even sea / fishing trips .

We can cater for Couples and familys upto 5, with the Master being a double with dressing table and wardrobe, twin room with wardrobe, and a fold out bed from the large corner sofa. The bathroom includes toilet, sink with mirror, and enclosed shower with instant hot water from the boiler. We make your holiday as easy as possible, we can provide bed linen for an additional fee, or you can bring your own the choice is yours . 
we allow one well behaved dog for an additional fee.

Caravan has  free unlimited Wi-Fi, TV with built in DVD and everything you need to make a meal.

For little ones I have a highchair , baby crib and travel cot for a small fee ,  saves you loading your car up with yours . 

Site has a laundry room next to shop , which is near to caravan , it has washing machine and a dryer for a fee to use. Also has irons and ironing boards which is free to use .

We will require a £100 non refundable deposit to secure your booking. The final balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.  
If you need to cancel your booking and paid you in full  . We will allow you to rebook another time . If you do not wish too rebook , I will give you half money back , if I do not fill in the cancellation. If I do get the dates booked , you will given  all the money back 
Peak times are 7 nights to Friday- Friday. Out of season times we can offer shorter breaks from Friday - Monday , Monday - Friday .

Arrival times are between 3- 4 pm (can text you if ready earlier) leaving day is 10am please.

This quiet family owned and run site offers clean and modern facilities for camping / touring or static caravans at very competitive rates. Our shop is open seven days a week.

Set midway between Looe and Polperro with views down the Talland valley to the sea.

With no swimming pools or entertainment the site caters for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday that doesn't cost the earth.

With easy access the site makes the ideal base for touring Cornwall's many attractions or exploring it's wonderful countryside and coastline.
