A lovely spacious caravan that sleeps 6 (2 on sofa beds)

This caravan is named after my late mum , who was called Pam , so i have called it Pam's.

we have now two caravans on site , this one we bought end of July 2025 , our other one is called Sally's static caravan which is on here too , so welcome to bring all family and friends.

Caravan has one double bedroom with an en-suite , bedroom with 2 singles in it , plus a shower room and another toilet.

kitchen has a cooker , fridge and a very good size freezer at the bottom.

microwave , kettle , toaster and everything you need to make a meal .

The site is very relaxing , it has a well stocked shop and a takeaway van too , also has a laundry room for a extra charge.

bus stop on entrance of site , 5 minutes drive to Looe cornwall , lots of boats trips , shops , restaurants , cafes , gift shops and of course fish and chips shops too .

I have a travel cot and a high chair for a small fee saves you packing .

Site is dog friendly it has a dog exercising field too , can walk along coastal path from site.

caravan has a sea view from double bedroom which is Talland bay .

I have parking right outside the caravan.

I try and make your life easier for you when packing as caravan has everything you need.

caravan has Wi-Fi and a 40 inch smart Television.

Dogs welcome for a fee

I let you decide if you would like to hire bed linen from me or bring your own , choice is yours.

Deposit is £100 to save your dates you would like .

Remaning money is due 6 weeks before your stay 

If you need to cancel your booking and paid in full .

We will allow you to rebook another time , either same year or next , if you do not want to come back , depending on if the caravan got rebooked from your cancellation to have half your money back or full payment .

This quiet family owned and run site offers clean and modern facilities for camping / touring or static caravans at very competitive rates. Our shop is open seven days a week.

Set midway between Looe and Polperro with views down the Talland valley to the sea.

With no swimming pools or entertainment the site caters for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday that doesn't cost the earth.

With easy access the site makes the ideal base for touring Cornwall's many attractions or exploring it's wonderful countryside and coastline.
