The caravan is on the very popular Haven's Premier holiday park (Combe Haven) with parking outside. 

The caravan is fully equipped for 8 people 3 bedrooms 2 Toilets.  

Haven's  passes Included in the price. 

All duvets and pillows are supplied  You will need to bring with you Towels & bed Linen or you can hire  bed linen and have your beds made up for your arrival.  (please ask for details).

I do supply  Tea Towel some washing up liquid & Cloth, Oven Gloves.

There is one double bedroom and two twin rooms and double pull-out  in the lounge area.

Shower room with hand basin & toilet & 2nd toilet & hand basin.

There is a flat screen T.V with freeview, DVD player, Gas fire in the lounge, in the kitchen there is a fullsize oven with hob, Microwave, fridge, toaster & Electric Kettle.

Double Glazed & Heating throughout the caravan.  

Carbon Monoxide & Smoke  Detectors installed.

All Electirc & Gas Tested yearly.

Sorry No Smoking, including Electric Cigarettes Or Pets in the Caravan.

Lots to do on the park indoor & outdoor (May - August Space bowl flume) swimming pools, amusements, playground, indoor sports Drome with lots of Activites, Entertainment in the Live Lounge with cash Bingo at 5.30pm (over 18's) every evening,Sport Bar with pool tables, Darts. Mini golf, bowls.  Kids club / Entertainment days & Evenings.

Mash & Barrel Restaurant with Free WiFi,  Burger King, Papa John (pizzas). Laundrette, Mini Market Shop open 8am -10pm 7 days a week with bakery,off Licence, Lottery & Gifts.

Free Water, Gas and Electricity.

We can do short notice bookings.

Arrival and Departure Times you will be able to access the caravan from 4pm on the day of arrival.(You might be able to check in earlier by prior arrangement.)  and you must depart by 10am on day of departure to enable us to get it prepared for the next guests although you are able to stay on the park longer if you wish.  You can hire bed Linen please ask for details.

Good Public Transport links for the Non Drivers. Bus stop outside the park Bus no 20 (Which goes to Hastings Station ,Town & Beach) There are also Taxis at Hastings Station.
