we are dog friendly there is a secure decking where you will get the sun almost all day into early evening

sleeps 6 in double bedroom along with a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a pullout sofa bed in the lounge area.

The caravan is double glazed and central heated with a gas fire in the lounge for instant heat for those cooler nights when you want to relax and watch TV. 

There is a smart TV with amazon prime and unlimited Internet aswell as a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker and oven, all new appliances including  airfryer, undercounter fridge freezer and tassimo. Tea, coffee and sugar are all there waiting for your arrival 

BEDDING is provided (foc) and beds will be made up on your arrival so 1 less thing to stress about and you can start enjoying your holiday.

There is a large walk in shower to wash all the sand away from them long walks on the beach, or the walk up constitution hill, there is a cafe on top and there is Aberystwyth cliff railway that will take you to the town

CLUB PASSES will be provided (foc) but additional charges for swimming pool and gym payable at site reception.

There is a £100 security deposit that will be returned to you after the caravan has been checked.

Minimum nights 3 we are flexible with dates for you and your family. Full balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday and a maximum of 2 pets.

CAR CHARGING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON SITE, YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OF SITE IF FOUND CHARGING A CAR.
