A kettle bbq can be used on grassed area only. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, full size oven and extractor, integrated fridge freezer, 2 slice toaster, microwave, sandwich maker and all kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms: 1 double with own WC, 32inch flat screen TV with DVD and 2 twin rooms. Toilet and shower room with power shower. Full central heating and double glazed. Beds will be made up but you will need to bring towels.

£100  NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE BOOKING. BALANCE TO BE PAID IN FULL 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO HOLIDAY.

AN ADDITIONAL £75 DAMAGES DEPOSIT REQUIRED. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE END 7-10 DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT OF YOUR HOLIDAY IF NO DAMAGE IS INCURRED.
