Swift Bordeaux 3 bedroom exclusive grade caravan with decking & sea view. Ideally situated approx 5 minute walk to the main amenities and a only a 8 minute walk to the beach.

Spacious lounge area with flat screen TV with DVD. Dining area includes a dining table and six chairs and French doors open out to a decking area with patio table and chairs.

A kettle bbq can be used on grassed area only. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, full size oven and extractor, integrated fridge freezer, 2 slice toaster, microwave, sandwich maker and all kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms: 1 double with own WC, 32inch flat screen TV with DVD and 2 twin rooms. Toilet and shower room with power shower. Full central heating and double glazed. Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up. You will need to bring your own towels.

IN LINE WITH THE HAVEN POLICY WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT GROUPS OF THE SAME SEX AND PARTIES OF UNDER 21's.

£100  NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE BOOKING. BALANCE TO BE PAID IN FULL 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO HOLIDAY.

A £70 damages deposit is required and will be refunded within seven days after checkout if no damages incurred.. 

£100 non refundable deposit to secure the booking. Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to holiday.

A £70 damage deposit is payable prior to arrival and will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan after departure.

Cleanliness Terms and Conditions – Caravan Departure

To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly ask that you leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition upon your departure. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. General Cleanliness
   The caravan must be left in the same clean condition it was found in at the start of your stay. This includes:

   • All rubbish removed and placed in the appropriate bins.

   • All dishes washed, dried, and put away.

   • Surfaces wiped down (kitchen counters, tables, etc.).

   • Floors swept as necessary.

2. Bathroom and Toilets
   Please ensure the bathroom and toilet areas are clean and free of personal items.

3. Fridge and Cupboards
   All food and drinks must be removed from the fridge and cupboards. The fridge should be wiped down and left clean.

4. Smoking
   Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.

5. Failure to Comply
   If the caravan is not left in a clean and tidy condition, a cleaning fee may be deducted from your damages deposit or charged separately.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard for all our guests.

Entertainment passes are not included, you will have entry to arcades and access to restaurants and takeaways. If you would like entertainment passes you will need to purchase these directly from Haven.
