WELCOME TO DOVE RETREAT A LOVELY 3 BED, 6 BERTH CARAVAN, WITH  A DISTANT SEA VIEW, A FULL ENSUITE TO THE MAIN BEDROOM AS WELL AS A PRIVATE HOT TUB AND IT'S DOG FRIENDLY TOO!

This is our 2nd year of rental.

We are situated on Hoburne Devon Bay,Goodrington which is on the English Riviera and is very well positioned for exploring the surrounding area.

LOUNGE/ DINER / KITCHEN

The area is open plan and there  is a large L shaped sofa with a 42 in smart tv as well as a wall mounted electric fire and gas radiators as it's fully gas central heated throughout making it cosy all year round.

The dining area seats 6, and the kitchen is fully equipt with a full sized fridge/freezer, an oven and a 5 ring gas hob, a half sized dishwasher, as well as a microvave, airfryer, 4 slice toaster and kettle.

And all required pots, pans, utensils, knives, mats mugs and glasses are all present.

And there's even an iron, ironing board and a hoover if anyone wants to forget that they are on holiday.

The patio doors lead out onto the gated wrap around decking which has a private HOT TUB, a patio table which seats 6 and outdoor cushion in a Keter which can also be used a coffee table.cushion box.

Which makes the decking area perfect for relaxation either in the hot tub,or in the chairs with either food or wine/beer/coke on a lovey sunny evening looking out on your distant sea view.

BEDROOM 1

The main bedroomn has a double bed with a king sized duvet, and a wall mounted smart tv as well as  ample hanging space and drawers, and a radiator

As our caravan is 42 foot long we have a full ensuite, shower, sink and toilet leading from the main bedroom.

There are 2 single beds with ample storage as well as a radiator

FAMILY BATHROOM

A further walk in shower, toilet and sink

ALL LINEN, HAND AND BATH TOWELS, (YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS], ARE INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE AND THE BEDS WILL BE MADE UP ON ARRIVAL

ALL SITE PASSES ARE INCLUDED.

We are a dog friendly caravan at no extra charge but we only allow 2 dogs and we would appreciate it if they weren't allowed on the beds

Car parking is a 1 minute flat walk away. and the reception, entertainment center, pool, [indoor and outdoor seasonal], restaurant,cafe etc takes no more than 3 minutes to reach down some steps or a flat walk is possible.

Hoburne has lots of entertainment availble for both children and adults and there is a seasonal shop, launderette and an opened topped bus from the park into Paignton in the summer.

Goodrington is the closest beach and it is 5 minutes by car or a leisurely 10-15 minute walk.

And Goodrington has SPLASHDOWN which is the largest outdoor water park in the UK, and it is still growing!

There are also the towns of Paignton, Torquay, Babbocombe, Brixham and Berry Head nearby and Paignton zoo is 7 mins by car or easily walkable. Further afield you have Dartmoor, Plymouth and Exeter.

There is also the steam train in the summer which turns into the beautiful TRAIN OF LIGHTS in December and can be booked for either just the train or with Santa Claus on Board if he is free!

There will be a welcome pack with starter tea,coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets as well as suprises.when you arrive.

Entry is easy as we wil contact you 1 week before hand with precise directions and entry details.

A NONE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £50.00 SECURES YOUR BOOKING 

AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 42 DAYS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY DATES.

WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY BACs, PayPal OR CHEQUES.

WE ALL KNOW LIFE CAN CHANGE SO IF IT DOES WE WILL GIVE CANCELLATIONS AS BELOW

CANCELLATION POLICY

OUTSIDE OF THE 42 DAYS NO FURTHER PAYMENT REQUIRED BUT THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE

42 - 28 DAYS 50% OF BALANCE REPAID MINUS THE NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

WITHIN 28 DAYS 25% OF THE BALANCE REPAID MINUS THE NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

THE CARAVAN IS TOTALLY NON SMOKING 

AND SORRY HOBURNE RULES, NO HEN OR STAG PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AS IT IS A FAMILY PARK

CHECK IN IS 4PM, we will try for an early check in when possible

Situated on the English Riviera, Hoburne Devon Bay is the perfect choice for a family holiday beside the seaside. The sandy beach at Goodrington Sands is within walking distance, the attractions at Paignton a short drive in one direction and the spectacular rugged countryside of Dartmoor in the other.

There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained on the park too. Spend the day lounging by the heated outdoor pool, taking in the panoramic views or watching the Dartmouth Steam Railway as it puffs its way along the coastline.

There’s a jam-packed entertainment schedule, housed in the Pier House, and with facilities such as adventure golf, a large soft play area, sauna, steam room and heated indoor and outdoor pools, there's something to keep all members of the family busy.
