Our lovely 6 berth, 2 bedroomed caravan has enclosed decking, WIFI, central heating and double glazing.  Our caravan has been looked after internally and externally.

The caravan site is well maintained and is situated in a lovely quiet area of the site.  It has double glazing, central heating and a fire.

Within a 5 minute walk are 3 amusement arcades, a fish and chip shop, a diner, 3 club houses with entertainment and cash bingo, a convenience store  and a sports bar.  The  golden beach is a 10 minute walk where on occasions you will see seals swimming.  Close to the beach there is a pub, crazy golf, several amusement arcades, cafes, a bakery, shops, and much more, there is something for everyone .

Currently both bedrooms have double beds however in 2026 the second double room, the double bed will be removed and replaced with two single beds.  There is also a sofa in the loungewhich pulls our into another double bed. All three beds are comfortable. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and the main bedroom has remote controlled TV, and has it's own toilet.

The caravan has another toilet and also an electric shower.  There is a lounge which has a gas fire, 2 comfortable sofas, smart TV, free sat and board games for all to enjoy.

There is a dining table and chairs, a fitted kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, George Forman Grill, toaster, gas oven, crockery and cutlery.

Complementary tea, coffee and sugar to help your holiday start off well.

Bedding is included, you only need to bring your towels.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to book the caravan, and full payment must be made one calendar month prior to the start of your holiday.  An instalment payment plan can be set up if you would prefer.

A £75 security and cleaning deposit is to be paid at the same time as your final payment, this will be refunded once the caravan has been checked for any damages and confirmation received that the caravan has been left clean and in the same condition as it was found this may be the same day but definitely will be within 48 hours of you vacating the caravan.
