The caravan is a 42ft by 14ft A.B.I. Beaumont, sited new March 2022 in the Osprey cul de sac, Kiln Park,Tenby.Gold category.
We have our own private parking, large garden, very quiet and close to all amenities.
The caravan has two bedrooms, double glazing and central heating throughout.
Bedroom 1 is en suite with a king size double bed, shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. There is ample wardrobe space, dressing table and a 32inch wall mounted d.v.d. television.
Bedroom 2 has two full size single beds, wardroble, cupboard space and a 20inch wall mounted d.v.d television.
We have a beautifull fitted kitchen with a full size gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size fridge freezer with a large storage larder. There is a free standing table with four chairs.
The lounge has ample comfortable seating all round, gas fire, 42inch smart television. Double patio doors lead onto a large decking area to both front and side of the caravan. A small patio table with four chairs is available on the front decking, there is a large four seater rattan dinnind set on the side decking area.
The bedrooms are equiped with king size and single duvets with pillows. The hirer is responsible for their own pillow cases, covers, tea towels and towels.
Outside the caravan we have private parking and a large lawned garden.
A maximum of four persons are allowed to stay in the caravan.
Please make sure adequate insurance is taken out to cover any cancellation costs.

£100 Non refundable deposit with full payment 8 weeke prior to holiday start. An £100 refundable bond on satisfactory inspection of the caravan on completion of the holiday.
No pets are allowed and there is a strict no smoking policy within the caravan at all times.
The charging of electric vehicles using the caravan suply is not permitted.
Haven entertainment passes are not included in the, price.
We the owners are not liable for any injury or loss of any property suffered by the hirer.
Your personal belong are left in the caravan at your own risk.
Children are asked not to use bikes, scooters skates etc on the decking area.
Entry to the caravan is after 2p.m with vacation by 10am.
Cancellation policy_More than 49 days, Full refund, 48 to 28 days, 50% returned, 27 days or less no rufund.

Tackle Crazy Golf, ten-pin bowling or tennis and swerve Welsh rainy days on our sports range. And if that's not enough, it's sister park, Lydstep Beach is just up the road if you fancy having a go at a variety of water sports. This park is perfect for a break away with your under 5.
