Our 4 bedroom caravan situated on the popular Butlins skegness resort!
Larger than average offering a rare 4 bedrooms made up of 1 double, three twins.

Also benefitting from 2 toilets, an enclosed verandah and parking space directly outside!

Free wifi is provided throughout your stay, as well as bed linen with beds made up for your arrival!

You will also find lots of little extras too from a selection of toys and games, cooking appliances and a welcome pack for your arrival!

The caravan is ideally located in a quiet area of the park giving that perfect spot for children to play outside, while being just a 7 minute walk from the main skyline.

We provide all passes for upto 8 guests, giving you access to all Butlins has to offer, from free fairground, water park and all new sky park. Plus lots and lots of entertainment!

Things to know:

• Most weekends outside of school holiday perios are adult only weekends and therefore children are not permitted (please ask if unsure).
• All guests will require a pass to gain access through security, the price we quite will include these bases on the amount of guests booked for.
• During Summer holidays we only rent Sat - Sat, all other months flexible.
• The caravan park is closed December, January and February. 
• We do not allow all same sex parties, or permit dogs.

Booking terms:

Strictly no smoking.

Pets not permitted due to Restrcitions on main resort.

Guest not booked in will be unable to gain access to the park or Van due to secuity requiring to see your pass.

Guest passes are booked by us and guest can not add them on or amend therefore its important you tell us at the time of booking how many adults and children it wil be for.

Adults are classed as aged15 plus.

We do not allow large groups of same sex parties or teenagers. 

A £100 damage bond is required on top of all bookings which is fully refunded if left clean and undamaged.

A £100 deposit is required to secure dates with balance due no later than 4 week before stay.

Skegness is where the Butlin’s story began. Founded in 1936 by Billy Butlin, it was the UK’s first-ever holiday camp and is just as popular now as it’s always been. They're super proud of their rich heritage, so you’ll find lots of original elements combined with 21st-century facilities. A Traditional Fairground (complete with vintage stall games) pays homage to it's seaside roots, while the brand-new entertainment venues keep things fresh and vibrant. 

Situated on the Lincolnshire Coast, 20 miles from Lincoln, it’s within easy reach of the Midlands and northern regions and has free on-site parking. Wondering why Billy Butlin chose this specific spot? That would be because of the beach! Skegness is home to one of the UK’s finest Blue Flag beaches, with an endless stretch of award-winning golden sand, right on the doorstep. 

When the sun’s shining, make the most of the adrenalin-fuelled outdoor activities. Take your pick from the high ropes, climbing wall, go-karts and freefall. And when the weather’s not playing ball? There’s loads to do inside including laser tag, bowling, arts and crafts and, of course, the huge Splash Waterworld. Renovated in 2018, the pool features nearly 3000 square metres of fun, with high-speed flumes, racing rapids, a pool for tots and a winding vortex slide that sends you spinning into a giant bowl.
