This is a privately owned, pet friendly, family 3 bedroom 2015 Willerby Rio Premier, it is 37ft x 12ft and sleeps up to 8 people. The caravan is situated at the top of the park close to all amenities.

There is central heating throughout the caravan and a gas fire in the lounge for those chiller nights in. Also in the lounge is a 32" smart TV also free unlimited WIFI

One double bedroom with a separate toilet & washbasin, two twin bedrooms and a family sized shower room with toilet & washbasin. 

We also include a welcome pack which contains tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and a toilet roll.
 bed linen is charged at £5pp if required  Towels are charged at £2pp if required
we can also provide a travel cot and high chair free of charge on request.

Our caravans are also pet friendly for well behaved pets

We require a £50 Non Refundable deposit which will hold your selected date and the remaining balance is to be paid in full 14 days before your holiday start date.

We also require a refundable security deposit of £75 which will be returned to you within 24 hours of leaving the caravan providing all terms have been met.

Payments by instalments are accepted.
