Privately owned 2 bedroom caravan situated on a beautiful 5* caravan park (Welsh tourist board) with immaculately kept surroundings, safe play area for small children and laundrette.

The caravan is spacious and bright and kept to a very high standard, as is this beautiful site. Well stocked kitchen includes gas oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, pots and pans and wine rack , dining table. The master bedroom has full double bed with mattress protector plus pillows with protective cover. Double wardrobe with deep side shelves and 3 drawers. Dressing table and mirror, shaver point plus over bed cupboards. The jack and Jill bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and the hall. Contains basin with mirrored cabinet, toilet, rollerblind for privacy and double shower. Second bedroom contains two single beds with mattress protection and pillows with protective covers. There is a a single wardrobe with top shelf, 3 further cupboards plus 3 drawers. Dressing table, mirror and plug point. Rollerblind for privacy. The hall is spacious with ample coat hooks and access to alarm / water heater cupboard with key hooks. Separate toilet and hand basin with roller blind accessible from the hall. The lounge has plenty of seating and a coffee table with shelf, electric fire and smart TV. WiFi is available for free.

Has an enclosed sunny terrace with plenty of seating for alfresco dining, swing seat and artificial turf. Parking space right beside the caravan. The site is quiet and friendly, within walking distance of Llandudno , Ros and Colwyn Bay. Conwy is just along the coastal path, via west shore. Full bus service passes site entrance. Fabulous scenery all around. Local shops 2 minutes walk away.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
