Welcome to our home from home caravan at Hemsby Norfolk 

The caravan comes fully equipped with all clean bedding provided and has 2 bedrooms.  1st bedroom has a double bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds plus a ladder bed. All bedrooms have electric heaters fitted. 

The caravan has a large living area with a dinning table and a electric fire plus tv with built in dvd player.

There is a on site clubhouse with free access during the whole day

5mins walk away from the shops, amusements and fun fair .

2mins walk away to the lovely sandy beach. 

Outside we have a large veranda with a gate and a seating area to enjoy the nice sunny weather. 

Caravan Terms And Conditions

* No Dogs 

* Key safe code will given to hirer morning of arrival

* Accommodation available from 3pm on the day of arrival and 10am of the day of exit

* No caravan hire to people under the age of 18 years of age

* Please be respectful and mindful of others around you when returning back to caravan past 10pm

* No smoking or vaping inside the caravan

* The caravan is to be left clean and tidy throughout

* No ball games to be played on site

* Caravan owner will not be responsible for any personal injury caused or sustained to any person or vehicle during your stay

* No personal electrical items over 1500 watts to be used inside the caravan , as this will blow the trip.

* If you blow trip during your stay you will be liable for any costs enured

* No loud music to be played on site and inside the caravan

* Please obey to all speed limit signs around the site

* Please dispose of all rubbish in the correct bins located around the site

* Gas bottles only to be exchanged by caravan owner. Please contact caravan owner if you ran out and caravan owner will arrange for a new one to be fitted.

* No stag or hen party bookings

* Only the guests listed on the booking form may occupy the caravan

* Vehicles must be parked in the allocated space required next to the caravan

* Please treat the caravan accommodation with care and respect

* Persons on booking form will be charged any additional charges for broken items which have occurred during your stay

* Deposit will be returned in full if caravan is left in a clean and tidy manner with no breakages and damages.

* Minimum of 4 weeks notice to cancel your booking. Anything under 4 weeks notice deposit will not be returned by caravan owner

* Full Balance of holiday must be paid via bank transfer 4 weeks prior to your holiday booking

* In event of bookings being made under 4 weeks prior , full amount will be required to secure your booking

* Electric for caravan is by card meter. Card is to be kept in caravan at all times please.

* Dolphin Bar is open 11am-11pm to top the electric card up. Unfortunately if you ran out past 11pm, there is no access to top card up until 11am.

* Please make sure you leave a minimum of £10 left on the electric meter prior to exit . This will be checked on check out.

* No BBQ,S anywhere on caravan site

£75 booking fee which is non refundable if the caravan is left with no breakages or damaged.

A family owned independent Holiday Park situated at the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

Perfectly situated to explore the natural beauty of the Norfolk Broads, stunning countryside, the park has it's own beach.

The park owners run 2 bars in Hemsby - The Dolphin Bar & The Seadell Bar. The Dolphin Bar is the clubhouse (also serving food) on Long Beach Estate, Hemsby. The Seadell is situated approx. 10 minute walk from Longbeach on the main Beach Road in Hemsby. 

 Both venues are family-friendly and offer live entertainment through the season.
