3 bedroom ABI Connoisseur caravan fully double glazed and central heating with decking for holiday rental on Southview Holiday Park in Skegness, providing everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. 

The caravan sleeps up to 8people in three bedrooms; one bedroom with double sized bed, including wardrobe and storage space.A twin room with storage space And a third twin bedroom also has a wardrobe with good storage facilities.

The bedrooms are all heated by radiators  whereas  the lounge area has two radiators and an electric fire. Both gas and electric are included in the price. 

All pillows, duvets and linen are provided, all that is required is for you to bring your own towels etc.

There is a bathroom with a full size shower, toilet and sink and a small  towel rail. Also a separate toilet and sink 

The kitchen is fully equipped with large upright fridge freezer , cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all kitchen utensils. 

Cleaning products are also provided for your use. As is an iron and ironing board and hoover.

The lounge is spacious with plenty of storage and shelving space. There is a 32 inch flat screen s smart TV with Freeview and DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs, which  you are welcome to use. There is a dining area with table and seating. 

Booking Conditions 

Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules) 

Lead name must be 21+. 

Minimum 1 weeks notice for bookings 
Bookings are from Sat-Sat during all school holidays and bank holidays.Other dates can be arranged , minimum stays from 3 days 

A £50 deposit is required to secure your holiday.this will become your security deposit once the final balance has been paid and this must  be paid 4 weeks before holiday commences or the caravan may be re let and your deposit will be lost. 

The security deposit will be refunded after your holiday, within 7 to 10 working days. This is on condition that the caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition, with no breakages or damage. 

Payment is accepted by bank transfer.

Passes are available from reception to purchase on your arrival to the site; you will need these to use the facilities of the showbar and the swimming pool .

This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with fantastic leisure facilities has it's very own Hotel and 9 hole golf course.

In the day splash around in the indoor pool, before heading to Skegness which offers fantastic sandy beaches, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, shopping and theatres. Then head back to the Park to eat in the Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant, The Orangery or takeaway in the refurbished Lakeview Showbar, then enjoy the evening entertainment on the Park.
