This is our lovely premium ABI Oakley caravan on Coral Beach Leisure Park, which is next to Fantasy Island and just a short walk from Ingoldmells.
Fully double glazed and gas central heated throughout, this premium caravan has 3 bedrooms - a double with en suite, two twin bedded rooms, and a pull-out bed in the lounge area. All rooms have ample storage.
It boasts a fully equipped kitchen and spacious open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has a 32” TV/DVD player, plus a couple of board games to keep everyone entertained and a large collection of dvds to watch.
The caravan also benefits from having a full side and rear decking, collecting plenty of sun, complete with a table and chairs. An ashtray is provided to be used outside only. Smoking is NOT allowed in the caravan.
Bedding is supplied, so you only need to bring towels.

Booking Conditions
Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
Please note - Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (Park rules) Couples and families only. Lead name must be 21+
Minimum 1 weeks notice for bookings
Bookings are from Saturday - Saturday during all school holidays and bank holidays .
A £50 deposit is required to secure your holiday. The final balance must be paid 4 weeks before holiday commences or the caravan may be re let and your deposit will be lost.
A £50 security deposit will be added to the final price, which will be refunded after your holiday, within 7 to 10 working days. This is on condition that the caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition, with no breakages or damage.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer.

Coral Beach Leisure is situated on the main A52 Coastal Road from Skegness to Ingoldmells. Onsite facilities include 4 separate night venue's with live entertainment, cash bingo, Karaoke and childrens disco - there are also fish & chip shops, amusement arcades, a laundrette and mini market.
Our location is ideal for those who wish to be close to all the local Skegness, Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe attractions including Butlins, Fantasy Island and massive 7 day Market.
