Caravan Description

This 2023 model ABI Coworth is of a very high specification & is the perfect base providing great access to the coastal footpath. You and your family will enjoy all the creature comforts of home but be just a stones throw from the magnificent Atlantic Coastline. This 2023 caravan would be designated by Haven as Prestige Plus providing you with all the little touches to make your stay extraordinary. The caravan is beautifully decorated & has central heating and double glazing, so you will be warm and toastie whatever the time of year. There is plenty of parking next to the caravan plus a picnic table & bench set providing you with a lovely outside seating area.

Lounge: This spacious open plan living area is both spacious and homely with its contemporary decor and fittings. Its corner sofa arrangement provides plenty of seating for the whole family and incorporates a pull out double sofa bed providing sleeping for an extra 2 people. With flat screen TV & DVD player you can enjoy your favourite movies in style. Sockets with charging points are provided for ease of charging your devices. The wall mounted electric fire provides additional heating or can be used for its multi flame effects creating a feature which adds that extra ambience. 

Dining Area/Kitchen: The dining area has bench style seating and a free standing dining table. There is a fully equipped L-Shaped kitchen which is stylish & provides plenty of counter and cupboard space. All the usual cookware is provided. Appliances within the kitchen include a full sized oven & grill, 4 burner gas hob with extraction, microwave, kettle & toaster. The fridge fits neatly under the counter and contains a freezer compartment.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite WC: The spacious bedroom contains a 4'6" double bed with built in headboard. All duvets and pillows are provided.

Bedroom 2: Contains twin single beds & again duvets & pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom: Contains large shower, washbasin, WC & Wash basin.

Outside: There is ample parking for your car directly outside the caravan & a picnic table & bench set has been provided for your enjoyment. 

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
