Our lovely caravan is in the perfect spot with the beach walkway just a few minutes away and the stunning views of the ocean & the glorious evening sunsets. From the slightly elevated position you will have nice views over the park & with plenty of parking directly outside of the caravan.

The caravan is fully insulated & double glazed throughout. There is a gas firein the main living area plus an air-blown heating system in all bedrooms, ensuring you are warm and toastie even on a chilly evening.

Lounge/Dining Room: Contains a large L-Shaped sofa arrangement with built in double fold out occassional bed. An oak coffee table & side drawer set, all of which are non-standard items of furniture making this caravan feel even more homely. There is a large flat screen TV with separate DVD player & a selection of DVD's and board games in case the weather is not so good. We have also added a Sound Bar, all with the intention of making your stay even more comfortable. To the opposite side of the living area is your dining room table, a further L-Shaped seating arrangement plus two stools.

Kitchen: The kitchen contains a full sized oven & grill  with a 4 burner gas hob. There is an under counter fridge with freezer compartment. Also provided is a microwave, kettle, toaster and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and utensils.

Master Bedroom: The main bedroom contains a standard sized double bed, with a built in wardrobe & cabinet containing a hairdryer.

Single Bedrooms: Both single bedrooms contain twin beds plus storage.

Family Bathroom: A large family bathroom contains a Shower, WC, Wash Basin & heated Towel Rail.

Separate WC: Contains separate Toilet & Wash Basin.

Outside: Ample parking for two vehicles plus a picnic table & bench for your exclusive use. You are just minutes from the beach walkway & 5-10 minutes walk from the site amenities.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
