Welcome to our family-owned, 5* reviewed two-bedroom caravan, with a double pull-out in the living room.

BB302 is conveniently located,  a mere 5-minute drive to Paignton, offering easy access to prominent attractions within the Torbay area, including Paignton Zoo and the Dartmouth Steam Railway, water park! Beaches with outlets!

Upon your arrival, to BB302 you will find a selection of essential provisions, to use while you stay with us this includs tea, coffee, and sugar.
1 Bathroom hand towel 1 tea towel, all beds will be made upon your arrival.
The caravan is strictly a NO SMOKING OR VAPING van.
There is also a No Drug policy on the campsite and in our caravan.
We do not accept same sex parties!

There is also wifi in the caravan the password is in the welcome book!

There is also a hairdryer and a fan located in master bedroom!! 
 A full range of cooking equipment is there for your use!

A dedicated parking space is provided adjacent to the caravan. 
Should additional parking be required, a second vehicle must be parked near the clubhouse. due to fire safety regulations.

Outside the caravan there is a bench/table for your convenience or if you wish to smoke (please clean up after your self)

A £100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for bookings made more than 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
If you book within 3 weeks of your holiday start date, the full holiday balance must be paid at the time of booking.
🧹 Cleaning Fee
Please be advised that a £50 cleaning fee will be added to the total cost of your holiday booking.
