Location:

Located in the Rosebank area, you’ll be just a short walk away from the beach and local attractions, offering the best of both relaxation and adventure.

Booking Information:

• Weekly and weekend rentals are available.
• Bookings must be paid for 6 weeks before the stay.
• A £50 holding fee is required, and the balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before the stay. 
• Check-in Time: Caravans are ready after 4 pm on the day of arrival.
• Departure Time: You must leave the caravan by 11 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
• Bed Linen: Please note that you will need to bring your own bed linen (duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases).

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY THE GUESTS WHO ARE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM ARE PERMITTED TO STAY

Cancellation Policy:  If you have to cancel your holiday,y you must notify us immediately in writing.  If you cancel your holiday before your balance is due, this will result in the loss of your deposit/holding fee.  If you cancel after your balance has been paid, then you will only receive a refund of your deposit/holding fee, unless this is due to unforeseen circumstances by me or the park, and the amount refunded will be at the owners' discretion. We recommend that all parties take out adequate holiday insurance.

The site reserves the right to exclude anyone breaking any site rules or causing damage, disturbance, or similar. There will be no right to a refund from either the site or the caravan owner in such circumstances and will also result in the loss of your deposit/security bond. 

Even though this is a privately owned caravan, the rules of the site must be adhered to, Please consider other people around you; loud music is not allowed in or around the caravan. If security is called, this may result in your stay being cut short, and there will be no right to a refund from either the site or the caravan owner in such circumstances.s 

We, the owners, will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property, or damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party.

We, the owners, reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and refund all monies paid.  In no event shall any monies refunded exceed the rental for the caravan.
