Welcome to our 3 bedroomed 6 birth caravan to rent on the seaview site, Ingoldmells, skegness. Situated behind the oasis pub in sea lane. Close to all amenities, beach and fantasy island within short walking distance.
Fully double glazed windows and doors. Gated veranda, seating provided for the veranda.
Barrier access only to site entrance using fob.
Inside we offer a selection of board games for family fun, leaflets on things to do in the local areas and a warm home from home feeling.
Deposit of £150 payable (£100 securing deposit and £50 damage/cleaning bond) the bond is returned once checks have being carried out, within 10 working days of you leaving. Deposit deducted from holiday balance.
On site laundrette (new 2022)
Security now walk round between 5pm and 11pm 7 days a week.
Bedding now included.
Charging of electric/hybrid vehicles is not permitted as this disrupts the whole site electrics and will result in a fine from the site. (car registrations required upon booking)
No smoking or vaping permitted inside due to UK laws anyone found doing so will be removed from their stay and bond retained.
Bed linen is now included in your stay so no need to worry about remembering to pack some. Towels are required to bring yourselves.

None refundable Deposit of £100 required to secure date, this is taken from cost of holiday which is due 4 weeks prior to your stay.
Plus an additional £50 bond, which is returned within 10 working days after checking out of the caravan.
