Welcome to our beautiful, privately owned, Prestige, 6 berth caravan with full wrap around decking at Devon Cliffs, Holiday Park.

It is located on the much sort after Cypress Way with a partial sea view. 

Perfect location. Ideal for families or couples.  
Just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach with rock pools.
Also near walks and a cliff side trail.

The caravan is modern and furnished to a very high standard.... The perfect place to relax.

The lounge is open plan, bright and spacious and has a gas fire for those cosy evenings.
It has full gas central heating and UPVC double glazing throughout.
The caravan has its own free WIFI.
The lounge has a 40” TV plus a DVD player and a good selection of DVD’s.

French doors open up onto a large decking area which wraps around the caravan. It has a secure gate that can be locked if you wish, to give little ones freedom to walk about and at the same time to be safe.
On the decking there is comfortable rattan furniture complete with cushions. Ideal if you want to sunbathe or enjoy a glass of wine on a lovely summer's evening.
There is also an outside tap if you wish to wash off those sandy feet or buckets & spades.

The well equipped kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill and hob plus an integral fridge freezer. Plus iron and ironing board and everything you need in the way of kitchen crockery and bakeware.
Tea towels and cleaning products are provided.

There is a family bathroom with a large shower.

There are two twin bedrooms. Both have a bedside table and a wardrobe.

The master bedroom has plenty of storage, plus a dressing table where you will find a hairdryer. There is also a double wardrobe plus a 32" TV.
The bedroom also has its own on-suite WC and wash basin.

Bedding and bed linen is provided for 6 persons.
You have your own allocated, private parking space.

The keys to the caravan are in a key safe at the caravan, so none of those long queues waiting at Haven reception.

Entertainment Passes can be purchased direct from Haven.

Sorry no Smoking or Vapouring in the caravan or on the decking area.

Unfortunately no Pets.

Bookings are based on a 7 night stay from Saturday to Saturday.
However if your dates do not allow this, then please still give me a call as I still may be able to help.

Bed guards can be provided on request.

The caravan is hired out on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of £150 will secure your holiday. Then the deposit will be held as a security deposit Incase of damages and will be returned to you within a couple of days after your holiday. The total balance for the holiday will be due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
