The Hartfield model has a fresh, bright and airy interior with high quality fabrics and fittings. The space and style makes for a very comfortable holiday home.

36 x 12 ft chassis, Double Glazing, and Central Heating. The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner is Open plan boasting a dining table of light wood with 4 chairs, a spacious workstation and cupboards below. There is a Gas cooker and Hob with Extractor Fan, a built in Fridge/Freezer and integrated Microwave. The previous owner added a dishwasher which is a very popular feature in caravans today. In the Lounge there are two comfortable sofas.The 3 seater opens out to a Sofa bed. The 2 seater is set beside the Convection heater which has drawers underneath. The Master Bedroom has bedside cabinets and shelving and is complemented by a wall mounted TV and a Dressing Room with mirror, stool, and a mirrored wardrobe with more drawers below. The family Bathroom has a large shower, WC and handbasin with cupboards below and a wall mounted mirror.

The Hartfield (no.5 Ocean View) is available from Friday to Friday in the 2023 Season. There are a number of reasons to do this:- 1) the main roads into Norfolk (M11/A11, A12, A14, A47 are all subject to ongoing delays caused by roadworks and diversions. 2) Friday traffic volumes are often lighter 3) Arrivals can be booked from 1pm - 8pm. *** However, if you cannot travel until the Saturday l will reduce the tariff by 15% ***
Trimingham House Caravan Park, a friendly caravan park located just 5 miles east of Cromer in North Norfolk. The park is spread over 23 acres with spectacular sea views and sandy beach access.
Facilities on this friendly and family orientated park include a recently refurbished lub House with Pool Tables and Games Arcade Room, New Outdoor Heated Pool, Toddlers Splash Pool with Slide - all with changing facilities, two Recreational Fields, a Cafe/Restaurant, Laundrette and Small Shop.
