A fully equipped 6 berth caravan with a double bedroom, 2 singles and a pull-out double bed in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven/ hob, fridge, microwave and crockery/ cutlery etc for 6 people. There are electric heaters in the caravan along with freeview, TV and DVD player as well as many books and games.
In the outside storage you will find windbreaks, buckets and spades, beach chairs and boogie boards.
A blue flag beach is 200 yards away and, in the village, there is a small supermarket, restaurant, fish and chip shop, butchers and 2 pubs.
Both Cromer and Sheringham are within walking distance along the beach clifftops or there is an excellent bus service. Along the heritage coastline you will find some wonderful villages and places of interest.

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week, secures your holiday, which is payable on booking.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday.
If your holiday is in less than 4 weeks the full amount will be required at booking.
Returnable £50 damage deposit required when booking (£75 with dogs)
Well behaved dogs permitted.

By booking, guests agree to abide by the site rules, a copy of which is left inside the caravan. Any guests found breaking the site rules may be removed from the caravan site and no refund will be issued.
Guests are provided with duvets, pillows and tea towels but are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.
Departure by 12 pm.
Arrival from 4 pm.
A 5% discount is offered for 14/21 night stays.
Please feel free to enquire about shorter breaks as these can be arranged.
The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
