This caravan is situated on a Parkdean described premium pitch in the Meadow part of the Challaborough Bay Parkdean holiday caravan site. The Meadow area is towards the back of the park close to the laundrette. It is a pleasant stream-side location and only a 7 minute level walk from the beach and other amenities. The caravan is in a spacious landscaped area with lawn and gravel parking.

The caravan has glazed patio doors opening onto a fully enclosed decking area with seating at the front of the caravan.  Inside, there are 3 bedrooms (as well as a sofa bed) to accomodate a maximum of 8 people. It is fully equipped with all appliances along with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc. We supply bedding but do not supply towels. There is a family shower room with WC and a separate WC. The caravan has double glazing and central heating along with Freeview TV, free WIFI and a built in DVD player. The Park itself has a heated swimming pool, gym, waterside kid friendly restaurant/bar,  entertainment complex, takeaway, local shop, coastal paths and an amusement arcade. Entertainment passes are available from reception. The site is located behind a beautiful beach within National Trust managed coastline and in close proximity to the famous Bigbury-on-Sea and Burgh Island.  

The caravan isn’t far from the dog walking area, and we would be happy to accept a well behaved dog.

Please pay a deposit when booking with the remainder being due 4 weeks before the holiday takes place. We require an additional refundable £50 bond against damage. This is refunded within 7 days of departure following inspection of the caravan. Payment of the balance can be made in installments.
