.A comfortable caravan that has been well looked after by previous owners and guests alike. Within walking distance to the fabulous beach of Dawlish Warren and a beautiful coastal walk into Dawlish town or jump on the train.
The caravan has UPVC gated decking, child and dog friendly. Table and 6 Chairs. Two small dogs or one large dog allowed (small fee). Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan at anytime.
3 Bedroom 6 Berth Caravan 2 x Twin Beds 1 x Double Bed. Shower Room with Sink and Toilet and a separate toilet.
All bedding is providing and all beds will be made up for your arrival.
Kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all utensils, cutlery, crockery needed for a self catering holiday.
Comfortable dining /Lounge area. 32" TV and Free Wifi & Parking space..
Entertainment on site during the main season - Park passes are available from reception at a nominal charge and are only needed for the swimming pool and bingo.
On Site - Entertainment Clubhouse, Indoor/outdoor Swimming Pool, Launderette, Shops etc
Just off site (5min walk) Bakery, Pubs, Grocery Shop, Chip Shop, Chinese.
Towards beach - Small fair rides, Go Karts, Crazy Golf, few pubs and eateries, shops,p Amusements and Bike Hire. Beautiful Beach - Dog friendly on parts, Nature Reserve.
