We are delighted to present 16 Swan View, a modern three-bedroom eight-berth caravan, built in 2018 and situated on the beautiful Littlesea Holiday Park in Dorset. With breathtaking, direct views of Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach, which is just 200 yards away, this well-appointed holiday home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal escape.

The caravan features a master bedroom with a double bed, two additional bedrooms each containing twin beds, and a travel cot, comfortably accommodating up to six (6)  guests. All bedrooms are heated, ensuring a cozy stay in any season. The lounge is designed for comfort, complete with a remote-controlled electric fire that offers various special effects, including mood lighting. Entertainment options include a 42-inch digital TV with ambient lighting, along with a large selection of DVDs and Blu-rays suitable for both adults and children.

Add-on Wi-Fi  (£10 per stay) is available within the caravan, allowing guests to stay connected throughout their stay.

A small side veranda provides easy access, and there is space to park a car adjacent to the caravan, though parking is subject to weather conditions as the area is grass-covered.

Outdoor amenities include two reclining sun loungers, five garden chairs, and a mini charcoal BBQ, making it easy to enjoy the fresh sea air.

Duvets, pillows, and linens are provided, though guests will need to bring their towels.  

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan. CHARGING ELECTRIC CARS by the caravan is NOT ALLOWED. Charging points are located near the main reception. Also, NO food and drinks in the room. 

Also, this accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

We are friendly owners, and live close to Littlesea. We understand the value of our guests' holiday filled with fun memories. 

£50 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, with full payment due 8 weeks before the start of the break. Pets (small dogs), please ask.

£100 damage deposit which is refundable once the van has been checked.

Payment methods accepted are direct bank transfers.

Payment plans are available, weekly and monthly allowing full payment due 4 weeks before the start of the break. 10% extra loyalty discount to returning guests.

Van check-in from 2 pm and check-out at 10 am.

Littlesea Holiday Park is a 5-Star award winning caravan park near Weymouth that is unbeatable for both space and pace. Haven Littlesea makes the most of the views of Chesil Bank and the Fleet Nature Reserve, with its bank beautifully sweeping upwards from the lagoon. Take it all in from the terrace at the new Mash and Barrel.

Littlesea is a Park where you can be as active as you like! AquaJets, even AquaJets Junior for the little ones, SubSea Explorer, Water baby and Learn2Swim are just some of the water sports available at Haven Littlesea. For the more adventurous, experience some fantastic activities including Archery and Fencing.

Littlesea Caravan Park is close to Weymouth where you can find plenty of activities to keep you busy. As a base for exploring Dorset's quieter rural attractions and picturesque villages, you will find dramatic World Heritage coastline with stunning Chesil Beach within 3km from the Park, and plenty of sheltered coves and beaches that surround this buzzing, exciting Park.

Attractions near Littlesea include the historic village of Abbotsbury Swannery boasting a 600 year history of nesting swans.  Take advantage of the discounted prices that we offer our Park guests for Cricket St Thomas, a fantastic wildlife park or simply relax and enjoy the magnificent views at Chesil Beach.
