This is a beautiful, spacious, and well maintained caravan. It is very welcoming and cosy, with a real 'Home from Home' feeling and prepared with lots of love for families to enjoy. It is a 6 berth 2 bed, Double glazed, gas central heating throughout and full veranda. Master double bedroom with en-suite wash basin and toilet, Freeview TV & IPod docking station. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and TV/DVD. Bathroom with full sized family bath to relax after those long exhausting days with the kids. Large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen has fridge & separate freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster. The living room has a free standing settee which converts in to a double bed and 2 chairs, gas fire and 32” Freeview TV/DVD & IPod docking station. WiFi included. Bed linen is provided all you need is your towels. On Site: Friendly family club with entertainment and a sports bar, amusements, café/restaurant & laundrette. Close to all amenities traditional fish and chip shops that are the best in Ingoldmells, Direct access to the beach and boating lake, and only 10 minutes stroll to the famous Fantasy Island. The popular Anchor pub with a kiddies disco and O’Gradys bar is just around the corner along with café’s, restaurants and amusement arcades.

Our booking process is really straight forward. Once you have confirmed your holiday dates we will email our booking form and T&C's to you for completion and return with your ID that verifys you and your address. We require a £50 booking deposit to secure your booking which needs to be paid within 5 days of reserving your dates, this is non refundable if you have to cancel your booking. The final balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday date and the £50 booking deposit will be retained as your security deposit. As soon as we receive the final balance we will post your final confirmation letter to you that you need to take to the site office on your arrival date to collect the keys. Arrival time is 3pm, keys can be collected from the site office between 3pm - 4.30pm. Departure time is 10am, the Caravan will be checked after your departure to ensure everything is as it should be, once we receive confirmation from our changeover team that everything is okay your deposit will be returned within 5 days (usually 48hrs). All we ask is that you look after our holiday home and should you damage or break anything please let us know and we can agree how best to proceed. Our caravan is for families or couples to enjoy it isn't suitable for large groups looking to party hard. Unfortunately due to guest allergies we are unable to accomadate pets.
We accept bank transfer or cheques but please allow 5 working days for cheques.

Laver Leisure are proud to have recently bought Golden Sands from Stevensons, the former owner of the Golden Sands holiday park. Located at Ingoldmells near Skegness and a short distance to the resorts of Chapel St. Leonards and Mablethorpe,  both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Butlins are close by, making this the ideal location for a family holiday.

The park has its own sports bar and family amusement arcade, with direct access to the beach and scenic lake.

The terrain is flat but access to the promenade and beach is via a set of steps or a ramp at Vicars Point near by. The park is ideal for families and both young and old alike. You are welcome to bring along family pets as long as they are well behaved and under control at all times. The park also offers all of the guests park wide WiFi Internet access! The Park also boasts a modern well-equipped launderette.

Guests are invited to enjoy a refreshing drink and relax at The Sands Bar, where they will be welcomed in the fully licensed bar or watch sports in 3D at the Millennium Bar. Families are catered for in our well-appointed Family Room.
