A privately owned modern caravan for hire on the beautiful Jurassic Coast.

The caravan is just 100 metres from the private beach on a no through road and is close to all facilities on a level part of the park.

The beach is popular for sea fishing and for the summer holidays the Park dam the river, which flows into the sea on the private beach, to give a safe water play area for younger children with inflatables.

Freshwater Beach is a family friendly Park offering entertainment for children and adults.

Caravan details

Kitchen Fully fitted with full size fridge freezer, full size oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. 

Lounge & Dining Area Fitted furniture giving plenty of seating. Equipped with TV and DVD with a selection of DVDs and games for your use. A gas fire. Sofa bed is located under the main seating. Table and chairs with seating for six guests. 

Bedroom One King size bed, double wardrobe, bedside units, electric heater and en-suite toilet and sink. 

Bedroom Two Twin beds, bedside cabinet, single wardrobe and electric heater.

Bathroom Shower enclosure, WC, sink and heated towel rail. 

Garden The outside has a fully enclosed garden with an outside table and chairs and charcoal BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining. Blankets are provided for cool evenings outdoors, these can be found in the living area.

Parking There is parking outside the caravan available for two vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE: the Park does not allow any electric vehicles to be charged from the caravan as it overloads the electric circuit

Additional Information

 Utilities: All gas and electric is included. Gas safety test carried out annually. 

Included are 6 entertainment passes for access to all pools, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, gym and club.

There willl be a car pass for 1 car for the duration of your stay.

There is a £10 replacement charge per entertainment or car pass if lost to cover the replacement cost (this is a Freshwater Beach charge)

Ten pin bowling is available in the Jurassic Centre at an extra charge.

Changeover day is a Saturday

Duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided. You will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.

Any evidence of smoking, vaping or pets will result in the loss of the good housekeeping bond.

The good housekeeping bond will be charged at £100. All fully refundable subject to caravan being vacated in a satisfactory condition.

Short breaks may be available but not in school holidays,  Please feel free to ask. I may consider short breaks in school holidays if dates are free and start date no earlier than 10 days from enquiry.

A non-refundable deposit of £100  is required. Full payment is requested by 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

A £100 good housekeeping bond will also be required when balance payment for holiday is made. Your deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer within 2 weeks after your departure and the caravan has been checked for any damages etc.

No pets.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
