Our beautiful caravan has a bright modern open plan lounge/ kitchen diner with lovely views in a sunny position. Full size gas cooker/ integrated fridge/ freezer/ microwave/ toaster/ kettle and slow cooker. All crockery/ cutlery and kitchen utensils are included. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin, shaving point and radiator. The caravan is fully double glazed and has a gas Combi boiler for heating and instant hot water. Looking out of the lounge the view is over to Rhos on sea and the countryside. In the lounge there are two comfy sofa,'s  just  right for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Also an electric fire plus radiator to keep you cosy whilst watching the smart TV. Free internet is connected. The main bedroom has a new king size bed with pocket sprung mattress, plus mattress and pillow protectors for the perfect nights sleep. An ensuite, double wardrobe  dressing table, two side cabinets ,two cupboards, hair dryer  and radiator. The other bedroom has two single beds with Duvalay/Silentnight mattresses plus mattress topper with mattress and pillow protectors, wardrobe, hairdryer and radiator. All clean bed linen is provided. Outside you can sit and relax on the decking with table and chairs, sun loungers, or take a stroll to Angel Bay to watch the seals basking.Free gas and electricity are included in your rental charge. You will receive our complete terms and conditions by post after we receive your deposit. Strictly no smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in the caravan. There is a lovely childrens play area situated on site. After each rental the caravan is thoroughly cleaned.

You will only need to bring your own towels and tea towels, as all clean bed linen is provided.  Local amenities  are within five minutes walking distance including Doctors, Chemist Co-op, Restaurant, Hairdressers, Bus stops, Bakery and newsagent and there is also an outdoor bowling green.

To secure your holiday, a non refundable deposit of £100 for each week is required at the time of booking, by cheque or bankers transfer. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
