This modern double glazed caravan is on a quiet private Norfolk site close to Great Yarmouth connected to mains water, electicity and drainage.The van is strictly NON SMOKING and has one double king size bedroom with onsuite toilet, one twin bedroom, twin fold under bed set in lounge, seperate bethroom with large shower, flushing toilet and wash hand basin, fully equipped kitchen diner with sink, fan assisted gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and all cooking and eating utensils, ajdacent lounge with electricflame fire, television, two moveable armchairs, and setee/ bed set.Outside is a purpose built deck with garden tables and chairs. The site is mostly owner occupiers and one well behaved contained dog is allowed. The vans are set apart in a random arrangement all surrounded by grass which is mowed regularly and seperate from the adjacent hard standing car park. This van is on the far side of the site from the car park next to the boundary hedge overlooking a horse paddock and farmland.n the far side of the car park is a commercial complex of commissioned wedding buildings, restaurant, bar, childrens indoor play area and outside heated swimming pool. Close to by car are all the normal shopping fascilities, eating houses, golf courses and many local holiday attractions including Great Yarmouth and Gorleston whose safe maintained dog friendly sandy beaches streatch for miles.
