Barmouth Bay, Tal-y-bont, Gwynedd, West Wales (Ref.111221)

My caravan has three bedrooms and sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second and third bedrooms have two single beds and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. It has a fully equiped kitchen with the usual conveniences. The lounge has a 43" smart TV and open plan living area with built in sofas with an electric fire.  The built in seating area has a pull-out bed which sleeps 2 people. There are two bathrooms , one with a step in shower. There is also a tv in double bedroom .

The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and the usual conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Provided for your use, there are several pans, many utensils, cutlery, cooking accessories, all crockery, mugs, drinking glasses, bottle-opener/corkscrew, tin opener plus many other items that you may need during your stay.

There is an outdoor dining table on the decking and ample parking for two cars. 

Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your OWN bedding (duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets and towels will be needed).

Dogs are welcome ( only 1) but I do ask for them not to be allowed on the sofa, chair and beds. Unfortunatley Away Resorts dont allow XL Bullies on any of there parks, so we cant allow this particular breed in the caravan.
The caravan (G13) is situated on the quieter side of the park at  Glanmor which is on the left when approaching the beach. With beautiful views of the National Snowdonia Park and only two minutes walk to the long stretch of dog friendly beach.

Located next door to Nineteen.57 is Billys Amusements / Fish & Chip Shop, complete with indoor amusement arcade and outdoor seating area.

Whilst staying in the holiday home, please adhere to the following:

If using the cooker please line the grill/oven with foil.

No smoking inside the holiday home - smoking outside is allowed on the grass, but please use an ashtray.

Please remove shoes on entering caravan, to minimise cleaning . 

Please leave the holiday home as you found it (clean and tidy). There is a bin for rubbish to the right of the caravan at end of site .

Please note: 

Electric cars are not permitted to be plugged into caravans (blows whole electric on park) please use the charging points situated near the launderette.

If you are looking for different amount of nights or different dates than I have advertised , please send me a message to see if I can accommodate you. 

There is a key safe box for collection and return of key with the barrier fob attached. Details will be sent on arrival date.

A £100 non refundable deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance then paid 1 month prior to holiday start date. A £100 key/security deposit is also required before arrival date ,which is refunded by bank transfer when everything has been checked on departure and is in good working order, with no loss or damages, breakages or excessive cleaning needed. If booking is within 1 month of stay, an immediate non refundable full payment is required plus security deposit, to secure booking. All payments for bookings received 1 month prior to stay are non refundable.
