This lovely caravan comprises of a lounge with a double sofa bed, kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, shower/toilet, twin room and a double room with en-suite toilet. Smart TV in lounge with Netflix and TV and DVD player in double bedroom. Wi-Fi available with Alexa. Large gated veranda with table and chairs and two sun loungers. Pet friendly

A £70 deposit is required for all bookings which will be refunded after the caravan has been cleaned and checked.
If your holiday is cancelled within 4 weeks prior to your stay the deposit is non refundable (except for medical reasons)The full balance is due at least 7 days before your holiday. 
We do not accept bookings for less than  three nights in full season. 

Highfields and the Haven is perfectly located near to the beach, town and all the local amenities that Skegness has to offer. The site is ideal for non-drivers as the sea front is only a six minute walk.

There is a new retail park that opened in 2018 just opposite the park which incorporates an Aldi, Jolleyes, B&M, Marks and Spencers. There is also a Marston’s Pub (The Twelve Oars) which will be serving food all day.
