Oakdene Forest Park, St.Leonards, Dorset

Our lovely Atlas Image 2015 model is available for hire, our new venture for 2019.  Full central heating throughout and no extra charge for gas.

Set in a quiet part of the site at the end of a cul-de-sac, our home overlooks fields with the added bonus of no other homes in front or to one side. Our very spacious south facing, gated and part glazed decking has a round glass topped table, 6 chairs, parasol and seat cushions. A great vantage point to watch the wildlife, especially the Badgers and Deer!

Fantastic on site facilities at the clubhouse for everyone to enjoy, one indoor and one outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, Steam room and Sauna, and Gym. Children's playground and mini-golf. Nightly entertainment with early programmes for the younger ones, the Acorn Bar has a really great food menu and Carvery Sunday lunchtime. If you run out of groceries, the on-site mini market is just the place to stock up. Passes for the pools, gym and Oak room can be purchased from reception. Prices vary depending on season and any change is at the sites discretion.

On entering through the patio doors is the carpeted lounge, with a sofa and 2 chairs, coffee table, upright lamp, illuminated wall unit with mood lighting and real flame effect electric fire. A Smart Samsung 42" curved TV and DVD player, don't forget to bring your Netflix account .

Off the lounge is the kitchen/dining area, with all the pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses you need for 4 people. Electric kettle, 60/40 fridge freezer, integrated microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, 5 ring gas hob and oven. 

In the spacious hallway is the cupboard which houses the Boiler, Dyson cordless vac plus mains plug, ironing board, iron, broom and dustpan/brush.

Off the hall is the bathroom with a good sized shower cubicle, WC, handbasin with cupboard under. The second bedroom can be accessed from the bathroom as well as the hall.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds with lights, cupboards and shelves  overhead. A single wardrobe with a shelf and 2 drawers and large mirror.

Bedroom 2: A kingsize bed with lights over, 2 bedside tables, 2 double wardrobes with a shelf in each and 2 drawers in one. A dressing table with 2 cupboards, drawer, large mirror, stool and wall mounted TV. This bedroom holds our holiday bits and bobs in a locked cupboard.

4 pillows, 2 single and 1 kingsize duvet all with protectors are provided, but not bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Check-in time is 3pm and check out is 10.30am.

A £100 non-returnable deposit is required to confirm booking.

A returnable damages deposit of £50 for holidays 2-4 days, £75 for holidays of 7 days and £75 per 7 days thereafter. 

The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival, full payment required if booking within 6 weeks. 

Cancellation: should you have to cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of arrival, only the damages deposit is returned, thank you.
