Family run Ambleside classic lodge on Seal Bay's premier spot. We are 150 yards to beach and face the Medmerry nature reserve. This is a tranquil pitch but takes the guest less than 2mins to the high energy action of the Waterfront/Embassy complex of West Sands. West Point is a gated off community for a degree of privacy. Most certainly peaceful and relaxing . Residential spec so warm and cosy with a spacious walk in wardrobe, shower en-suite, tv in master bedroom. 3 metre x 6 metre veranda with partial sea view. Parking for two cars. Luxurious Parker knoll furniture. New Year 2026 availability. Sorry no dogs.

Part of the Seal Bay resort collection of holiday parks (formerly Bunn Leisure), there's a mile-long beach if you enjoy a bucket-and-spade holiday, seaside fun, sunbathing, swimming or even surfing, windsurfing and sailing. All of the holiday homes at West Sands have easy access to the beach.
West Sands holiday park is also close to the Waterfront Complex, the gateway to Seal Bay Resort’s facilities.
Close at hand is the Oasis pool complex with its megasplash waterslides, lazy river and fountain island, the Topdeck Gym for a work-out and a little pampering at Beauty at the Oasis. Go-karts, crazy golf, funfair, an amusement arcade and kids’ clubs all keep the family happy and restaurants, take-aways and well-stocked NISA stores make meal times easy.
There’s nothing better than getting dressed up and heading out for a night of Seal Bay Resort’s legendary entertainment. Five great entertainment venues and a £2 million-a-season line-up of world-class performers will leave you spoilt for choice. From big gigs to children’s favourites, there’s something for all the family.
If fun is what you’re after, West Sands is your destination . . . which is why West Sands holiday village won the Best in the South of England title in the Fun and Laughter, Lively and Leisurely in both 2010 and 2012’s Hoseason’s awards.
