Welcome to our Holiday Home on the Coast of Devon. Situated in Goodrington, Paignton between 2 major beaches and amongst 3 smaller coves. Our Holiday Home has stunning views both day and Night and is located on a small but modern site. 

The site opens onto the South West Coastal walk which offers a stunning walk all year round. We have a great location with access to all major attractions on your doorstep. Many events take place throughout the year in the area and our holiday home offers the perfect balance of Peace, Quiet yet acess to all the events taking place locally throughout the year

The Villa is a 2 Bedroom property with beds that sleep up to 4 people, However there is a large leather settee in the living room our children sleep on when we are onsite and there is plenty of room for camp beds or blow up beds to be placed in the living room to take sleeping up too 6 people. 

Its a Pet friendly site and accommodation, But please note we are not a FOR PROFIT business, This is our family holiday home. We cant be there all the time and its too nice to leave empty. We are not desperate to rent it out but any income we do receive will be used to pay for upkeep of the Villa and running / maintenance costs. For this reason we believe we have priced it fairly, We do not hike prices for school holidays and we dont believe you will find a nicer Villa for the cost in all of Devon. 

Please note that we are right on the Dartmouth Steam Railway line and at Christmas this Train transforms into a wonderful train of lights. Its a great experience for Children of all ages to witness. Our Villa has the perfect view of this spectacle

We do not take deposits, If the Villa is available for booking we will take the full booking price to reserve the rental, However we are more thany happy to refund you in full if you need to cancel at any point. 

Were not a For Profit business, we are a family and we understand that things happen.

On the cusp of the Paignton area lies Waterside Holiday Park, with its spectacular views of the South Devon coastline and the ocean. From its elevated position, you will enjoy stunning views of the Torbay coastline, and it is close to the fabulous beaches and attractions of the famed English Riviera. Stay at Waterside and you can take a trip to beautiful Goodrington Sands and Broadsands, award winning Blue Flag beaches, ideal for swimming exploring rock pools and other water activities.  Cafes with outside and inside seating to enjoy the views. They can both be accessed either by walking on the coastal path or by car.

On the park, you'll find an indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with a bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
